I went to Pipi's on a Thursday night for a friend's birthday. It has a high energy atmosphere with loud music and the wait staff were attentive and flirtatious. I loved going to Las Carmelitas. It is near the top of a mountain and it is surrounded by beautiful trees and plants. The food was really good and cost about 150 pesos.
