Having read the reviews about overbooking, I took some precautions (emailed and called the hotel twice). Well, at our arrival - 10AM - the room was ready. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. They provided excellent customer service. The room was very adequate for three people and the location was very pleasant. Breakfast was a little expensive, but very good. I would expect, however, that breakfast would be included in a hotel at this level. I would stay again on a future visit to Paris. more
