Want to experience your worst nightmare in a hotel? Try this one...but I will never ever go back to this hotel again...staff were rude, check-in/out process and room service very slow and rooms were bit old..... more

stay only one day but loved the property service ,room and amenities are top its near the airport and downtown but very far from jumeirah 40 minutes in heavy transit if timming is incorrect for me was perfect ,only advice is to check if location is correct for your trip purpose more

Stayed here mid July 08 on a romantic break. Had a problem checking in - the travel agent booked another hotel instead (www.alpharooms.com - not in a hurry to use again!). Although no fault of hotel they apologised, offered coffee until sorted. Got an upgrade to a Tower room with butler and also half board in the private dining room.... more
