Average rooms, poor breakfast, completely unwelcoming atmosphere (except for two nice staff). No one seems to care about the place. Seems to filter down from the western owner. more

I don't think I could say enough about the Encore Angkor hotel- its that rare prize for travellers, a brand new, recently opened hotel at a great price.
