I have stayed in the Shinagawa Prince hotel on many occasions and have tried both their main and annex (formerly executive) tower. First off, the complaint about having to walk up a ramp and then on to the hotel entrance is ridiculous! It's all of 50 yards...who cares! Anyway, this hotel has it all.
