This is a great hotel! Awesome location in Tokyo and free shuttle bus to Meguro Station on JR line. Also free shuttle in AM to Shinagawa station. The rooms were wonderful and the service impecable. The restaurants are expensive and we didn't eat at them but there is a great sushi place across the street from Meguro station bus stop... more

This was a business trip, so our travel agency booked me this hotel (our office is near here). I've stayed at a few Starwood properties - I'm SPG gold. This was by far the best experience I've had at a Sheraton, and maybe at any hotel. The staff here is simply amazing. Everyone from the bell desk to the concierge... more

this is a very nice hotel....but not worth how expensive it is. the room smelled faintly of smoke, but was clean. the hotel is off the beaten track but they do provide free drop off and pick up service from the nearby train stations. the guest relations are helfpful as well. there is no safe in the room, although there... more

On my recent Japan trip, I stayed at Sheraton Yokohama Bay and then at this hotel. Again, the Sheraton staff are extremely friendly and remain diligent at doing their jobs; rooms are cleaned superbly. The shuttle bus to Meguro Station and to Shinagawa Station in the mornings is convenient. The shuttle bus drivers are courteous as well. However, I find... more

I stayed at the Miyako hotel in April, 2005 with my two daughters aged 9 moths and 6 years old - we went on an amazing tour of Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka) just the three of us and our wonderful au pair. Japanse people are so friendly and travelling alone with children is not a problem. Everywhere, you will... more

We enjoyed our stay at the Mikayo. The rooms are spacious, the toilet is a bit smaller than expect though. The staffs are very helpful. Quick check in and out. Free shuttle bus every 15 minutes to the JR Meguri station, and surrounded the stations, there are supermarket, department stores, and resturants. The bed are super comfortable. High recommended. more

I stayed here on business and had a very comfortable stay. Check in/out were quick and easy, they have free Internet in the lobby (there are only 2 terminals but there wasn't usually a long wait). The bars and restaurants are beautifully decorated, and the lobby bar overlooks a lovely garden. The food is very good, but service could be... more

very nice hotel. the concierge was OUTSTANDING. very helpful. easy shuttle service to nearby food/light shopping/train station. Didn't eat there so I can't comment on foods. Heated toliet seats need to catch on around the world. (they have them). Bus picks up and drops off here to go to the airport...reccommend that too. would stay here again. more

A great hotel with well appointed rooms - very friendly staff, beautiful garden , great pool. Only downside is that If you dont know Tokyo well and want to 'pop out' for some shopping this hotel is a bit far away from the main shopping areas. Negotiate a good rate yet beware of costly restaurants in the hotel. If you... more
