It was very unpleasant dealing with the workers. They hardly spoke English. A particular worker asked my husband for an extra tip because it was his birthday. Needless to say, he did not receive anything. The manager of the hotel did not realize I spoke Spanish and decided to speak about my husband and myself in front of me. more
