This hotel would definately been 5 out of 5 but was cross we had to pay around $20 for parking which I did not agree with. The hotel was beautiful, can't complain. The staff were really helpful. Its an amazing full of character hotel. Close to everything. Lovely staff and clean. We really enjoyed staying there. There are good brunch bars and restaurants around. more

Such a disappointment that Fairmont would let this property go to waste. Afternoon Tea was good in the Lounge, didn't try the restaurant but the rooms were so dated and small.
