We were staying for 1 night with the family after seeing a Jays game. We got to our room on the 26th floor with an amazing view. All was fine until it was bedtime. The kids got under the covers and yelled,"the bed's wet!" Indeed it was, all the way down to and including the mattress. The top of the... more

The Good Stayed there as Tourists. Our room was upgraded with modern furniture, lighting and a comfortable bed. The room was spacious with ample space for luggage and 2 people. The location was right between the Eaton Centre and the CN Tower. We walked from the Eaton Centre in less than 10 min to the hotel and took a short... more

I am in a wheelchair and the downtown Toronto Hilton is far and above THE best and most accessible hotel I have ever stayed at. The roll in shower and the grab bars near the toilet are items not always found in other hotels. The lower napped rug and hardwood floors made it easy to get around. We never turned... more

I have stayed at the downtown Toronto Hilton on numerous occasions and as recently as the week of June 16th. As a Hilton Gold Hhonors member, I receive an upgraded room on the executive floor and access to the executive lounge. The room is nice enough.. a nice marble bathroom and a great view looking south from the 30th floor... more

Stayed here for two weeks in June for business. Hotel was booked by my secretary so I don't know how reservations are but my reservation was there and check-in was quick so there were no issues there. The lobby is a little strangely laid out and not a place for people to congregate but is fine. The room was ok.... more

We stayed here for 4 nights as part of the Norther Ink Exposure tattoo convention, and I don't have many good to say about this property other than it was close to where I needed to be. The convention centre was FREEZING cold - apparently management had decided the tattoo machines were emitting CO2... and cranked the air up to... more

Toronto certainly isn't the bargain it used to be for travelers from the US, but at least the Hilton was a great deal. We got an attractive, clean, nicely furnished room right in the middle of downtown for $72 a night on Hotwire. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and luxurious, and of course the location was great.... more

I just stayed here for the week as part of a large group meeting. The hotel lobby and elevators looked great. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The food was mediocre. My room though was not at all clean. The bathroom was the worst - whiskers in the sink, smelly shower curtain, toilet bowl stains, older towels and... more

The Hilton downtown was a nice hotel with a great location on the corner of Richmond and Spadina. Short walk to Yonge St. The staff was friendly though at first they charged me twice for parking ($60). Parking itself is quite high at $30 but it is downtown. The room was nice though I was only on the 7th floor... more

Just got back from spending the night at the Hilton in Toronto...what a nightmare. Booked online using Priceline.com for $130/night, regular price was around $300 so we were happy to get a discount. Priceline rocks, we use it all the time. When we arrived to check-in and their computers were down, so they made everyone wait while they printed off... more
