Cassidys was a great little hotel in a really good location in Dublin. The breakfast was fine (not spectacular but fine), the bar was fun for one last pint of Guiness, and the rooms were just fine. They were small - but that's a given for Europe. I'd stay there again for sure, plus it's right by stop #1 for... more

I just stayed at Cassidy's Hotel and had no problems what so ever. I enjoyed my stay there. The breakfast was good, along with my lunch at the bar. The location is fantastic. I was within walking distance of the information office, bus stations etc. There was a lot of activity and I loved it. I stayed in the new... more

Cassidys House is a fine hotel to stay for a short time in Dublin. It's central location is quite convenient for sightseeing and general meandering. The room we had was quite small and almost claustrophobic though the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was quite clean and well maintained by the cleaning staff with great products and clean linens. We checked... more

After booking this hotel from the reviews I thought this would be a safe bet, and it was. Its not a bad hotel although it does not offer anything extra that makes you say wow. The room we were offered was a family room even though there was just the two of us but this just meant a bigger room.... more

Hopefully i'm not being too harsh with my rating of average. I booked the hotel after having viewed the website (photographer must have been good) and read trip advisor. The double rooms we had were clean and tidy, fresh towels each day. The reception staff were helpful, organised taxis and allowed us to keep our room until after lunchtime on... more

I read the reviews on this hotel before we booked and found that they were pretty accurate. Check in was friendly and efficient and the room was warm, comfortable and clean. We found the service to be good and the staff were very helpful. I was surprised though by some of the recent reviews that I have seen since our... more

We stayed here for three nights in April 08. This hotel was satisfactory, clean and all and all OK. Probably the least favorite hotel of a two week trip to england and ireland. The location althought close to the city is getting towards the bad part of town. One block in the wrong direction from the hotel and you are... more

Just back from the Cassidy's hotel. 4 of us over for the weekend and found this to be perfectly positioned for the city. Lovely clean rooms and excellent hearty breakfast. Were situated on the ground floor so it could get a bit noisy with people coming/going - especially the cleaning staff early in the morning but nothing to complain about.... more

The Hotel was in a great location and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, I found our bathroom to be quite grubby. There were hairs all over the floor, dirt on the bath panel and I had to clean previous guests faeces off the toilet seat!! The shower head was also held on with what appeared to be a... more

Had two rooms booked for two couples. Check in was supposed to be no earlier than 3pm, we arrived at 1pm and were made more than welcome and we checked in at 1 with no problems. Rooms were very clean, staff were polite and well dressed, food and drink was reasonably priced and the food was of a excellent standard.... more
