We were a party of 6 ladies who stayed at the Eliza Lodge last weekend - we can't speak highly enough about ALL THE STAFF - they were all so polite, helpful, happy nothing a bother. We were so impressed by the standard of the bedrooms, clean, tidy and lovely comfortable beds. Can't wait to go back again more

We booked this hotel on the strength of other reviews posted and we were not disappointed. We arrived really at 9.30 a.m. as our flight was early and although, obviously, our room wasn't ready we were able to leave our luggage there and go exploring. We checked in at 12.30 and were shown to our room. Although small, the room... more

We used the internet to search for hotels and found this gem. We checked it out on advisor and decided to book. We couldn't have been happier! The rooms are bright and clean. All have views over the River Liffey in downtown Dubblin. Located right in Temple Bar makes it close to great Pubs and restuarants. It has it's own... more

Stay was OK. Noisy since we were there on a Saturday. On check out, the young kid settled my credit card in US$. I aksed him to run the charge in Euros. He refused and said it could not be done. I was out about $40 due to the horrible exchange rate. more

The location is great, and since we had a corner triple we had a wonderful curved window with a 270 degree view. The only problem was street noise. more

You can hear every door shut and every drunk at temple bar but again LOCATION = great tiny reception People very nice and let us leave bags with them when we arrived before check in and also when we checked out (had a late flight) Lovely breakfast. more

Great hotel in a prime location of Dublin. Rooms very clean and comfortable with a great view over the River Liffey. The owner Danny and his daughter Karen were extremely helpful, very friendly and really looked after us. Overall a fabulous trip. more

The biggest problem we had was when we came home from touring and my glasses were on the floor broken in half! I alerted the front desk, only to be told that the manager wasn't going to be in until tomorrow and they were going to address the cleaning people, meanwhile i was leaving the next morning. When asked how... more

The best thing about this hotel/lodge is its location. It's right where you want to be at night, surrounded by all the bars and restaurants and within easy walking distance of the main shopping and sightseeing part of the city too. The room itself was quite small but very nicely decorated. Big very comfortable double/queen/king sized bed (I didn't measure... more

I am baffled at people that want to stay in the middle of the the busiest part of Dublin and then complain that its noisy. Bottom line: its a lodge, not a hotel AND on the quay. For my husband and I the location for price was fabulous. We were within walking distance to everything, we were able to complete... more
