Stayed there for 4 nights & the room was massive which was a big plus,it was clean & the shower was ok but just make sure you get the mix of hot & cold water just right & make sure it stays at the same temperature for a few seconds before you get in, after that it was ok, there... more

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Easy to find - Buses stop right in front of the entrance! The bus ride into city center (O'Connell Street) is approx 10-15mins. The room was clean, warm and large. TV, kettle and hairdryer provided. I have stayed with Travelodge before and can honestly say that I have never... more

The criticism levelled at this travelodge seems unfair to me. I've stayed here on three occasions over the last months as it is a close to a training location. Each time I have booked via lastminute.com and got great rates, often cheaper than B&Bs in the area. If you are coming to Dublin for a romantic getaway then i'd hazard... more

Booked for one night in Dublin, and the location was very good - just 10 minutes on the bus from the City Centre. We checked in, and was very impressed by the room - it was enormous. The main problems were bathroom related. The hot tap in the sink would not turn on (it was seazed because it was too... more

E150 for our one night stay, wasnt worth E50. Got to the hotel there was no one at reception, note stated "back in 10mins". After 15 in she waltzed, there was no where for us to park after checking in. The room was a little on the shabby side and the towels were thin and grubby. I would not chose... more

Stayed here for 4 nights. Rooms are clean, but small and expensive. They have very poor ventilation and get extremley hot, even in cold September. The hotel states "city centre" but its at least a 30 minute walk to the town centre or a 12 Euro taxi journey. When checking in make sure you ask for a room at the... more

If you're looking for a clean no-frills hotel where to sleep and shower, then this is fine. The bed was confortable and warm, and there wasn't much noise despite being on a main road. It's located in a commercial area with places to shop basics and eat; the bus stop is accross the street. It's a 25 minute walk to... more

Husband booked this one. Went for 4 nights, double room, £60 a night, which I thought was a bargain. Average hotel, Room quite small for a double, but clean with its own bathroom on the second floor. Hotel staff were friendly and offered us maps, directions, advice whenever we asked. It is a good 15 min walk from the city... more

I stayed here for one night with my boyfriend and have to say i had no complaints. We had to book a triple room as there were no doubles left but this was fine. The room was big with the basics. Only problem was our 'double bed' was too single beds pushed together which was a bit awkward but nothing... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in May 2006 for our 7th Wedding Anniversary. We were allocated a room and within a couple of hours we had to request a room change as the bed was broken (before we slept in it, I must add). The manager was great about it and appologised and also gave us a... more
