the Relais is a lovely apartment hotel in an incredible location--right on the Piazza della Signoria and opposite to the Uffizi. The location of these apartments is what the selling point is. If you're looking for anything else, I would look elsewhere. The website is great and offers relatively accurate pictures. First I should say that the location of this "hotel" was perfect, I loved being in the middle of everything.
