we had a SAD experience, with NO sleep for the 3 nights we spent here. At 20 degrees centigrade outside, the AC is not working and heating is on!! We were asked to open the windows and sleep(in a 4 star hotel, no AC!!), which made it so noisy that we got no sleep and would spend all night opening... more

Arrived and was impressed by the hotel lobby which had only been refurbished. We booked through Expedia and thought it was a 3 star or 4. It ended up to be a 5 star. When we were told there was a pool on the roof, we were in heaven! We got our room key and went up to our room.... more
