We stayed for 2 weeks this June at the Limonaia and have to say the views are absolutely stunning. A fantastic location with spectacular views of the lake - probably the best place to stay in Limone - but you do have to be fit and enjoy walking uphill.. which we do.. I can understand the mixed reviews for this hotel. On the plus side, it does have fantastic views, especially from the restaurants and bars.
