We stayed here whilst in Melbourne for a Wedding. Was a little farther out of the city than we had anticpated (we are from Perth after all, where everything is close!!) but other than that it turned out to be a great place to stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, courteous and even went above and beyond to help us... more

We stayed at this hotel over the AFL football finals as the city was full, after reading previous reviews on this property we were very sceptical. We found the establishment to be very friendly and offering all the facilities we expect of a 4.5 star property. more

They totally misrepresent the type of their rooms and facilities. There was absolutely nothing luxurious about it. We have stayed in one their "luxurious suites". We had to fill the crack between the door and the floor with our bathroom towel. Their pool is probably closed for years! I am very sorry that I have picked this hotel to start... more
