Completely agree with previous review saying this hotel is tired. I understand it was refurbished prior to the millenium but I don't think it has seen a lick of paint since. We booked specifically to have a room with stove to cook for our one-year old but were given a dingey room with cigarette burns in the carpet and finger... more

The only reason I Stay here is the Location... if I had a choice it would not be the Como.. in its hey day it was probably a great place.. the rooms are very tired.. grouting is mouldy in the bathrooms - rooms are gloomy and depressing. dated furnishings.. the staff altrhough friendly and helpful do not acknowledge previous stays... more

Stayed at The Como for the TENNIS! Great location, only a stones throw away. Shame I couldn't stay any longer as I only saw round 1. All the staff were really lovely and were willing to help with anything and everything. Thanks Como - can't wait to get back there. Jessie. more
