i arrived at rosemere while traveling through nz alone. i immediately felt welcomed by the friendly staff and warm atmosphere. the hostel was bright and clean. i was lucky enough to arrive on a Wednesday for the free soup! everyone was very friendly and i will definitely go back if i get the opportunity. more

I definitely recommend this backpackers. We had no problems at all. People were very friendly, it was tidy and clean, felt safe and rooms secure, real close to town 2min walk down the hill. I booked this through emailing the manager and he was extremely helpful and friendly. Carparking avaiable and free breakfasts! would definitely stay here again. more
