Room Service is an absolute disaster. Order breakfeast, place placard on door...No Service at all.....Had to call next morning for service...Order again for salad....arrived after 40 minutes ....11 minutes after latest promise time, only after call to manager...totally unacceptable....just poor poor performance. more
