Four Seasons are second to none and the Bangkok property is no exception. This hotel is great value for money if you can get a special rate. There are many 5-star properties in Bangkok so shop around for best rate on luxury rooms. Staff is very friendly and service is prompt and efficient. I had a minor problem at checkout... more

Stayed for the second time at the Four Seasons Bangkok and was again extremely impressed. The hotel is old, but wears it well, although some of the carpets could do with a replacement. Huge lobby, enormous numbers of staff darting about for you at all times of the day or night. Large rooms with huge beds, huge bathrooms and enormous... more

I had a great time staying 3 nights at Four Seasons Bangkok. The hotel location was good few minutes walk from the skytrain. The area wasn't too busy or crazy for Bangkok. But still, the hotel was walking distance from shopping area and it was convenient. The hotel service was excellent at check-in, afternoon tea and breakfast. Everyone was smiling... more

I stayed at the Four Seasons last week with my partner where he was holding a conference. This has to be one of the best hotels we've stayed in for service in Asia. The staff are wonderful - so friendly and helpful but in a genuine way. From the concierge to the maid coming to do the turn down service... more

I stayed at this hotel for a conference back in November and its a nice hotel, very comfortable with nice gym/spa facilities. The rooms were roomy (so to speak) and the restaurants were fantastic. The location was also very good for most of the sights you would want to see in Bangkok. more

My husband is a regular guest at this hotel and I try to accompany him on business trips when I can because it's such a treat to stay here. We always receive fantastic service, but during our last visit, we received exceptional service from all the staff at the hotel. From check-in to room service to concierge, the service was... more

Had a fantastic one night stay at the FS in Bangkok in september. Everything about the hotel is what you would expect from FS. The rooms are quite large and the finishes are quite high spec, the lobby is stunning as is the pool area (we didn't actually use the pool but used the shower area after checking out before... more

This property is perfectly located for shopping. The size is quite large so for groups and business it is also good. There are 4 restaurants, which are very good with great service. Throughout the hotel, the service is what you would expect from a Four Seasons. The fitness center is above average and the spa is outstanding!. Overall a great... more

We stayed on the executive floor of the hotel and this was probably the best hotel experience we have had for many years. All the staff were fantastic and only too willing to go that extra bit to help. The girls on the executive floor were especially willing and able to help us on everything we needed. The breakfasts and... more

Excellent place. Unfortunately I only stayed one night, but would have loved to be there longer. The staff makes an effort of remembering your name (like in all FS's) and smiles all the time (seemingly genuinly). Perfect location and excellent food. Very nice rooms with high quality furniture and finishing. Large pool with good service. Overall much better that Shangri-La,... more
