Really enjoyed our stay except for the noisy neighbour next to our cabana, hotel duty manager told us that the hotel did not have a policy on partying, noise and visitors to rooms etc. we were kept awake until 4.30am several nights with no response from the staff. Very disappointed, although we were moved to another canana after complaining. more
