Stayed at the Hanoi Lucky Hotel in December 2007 for 5 nights. They arranged for free airport pickup and the person was waiting for us at the airport with a signboard. Clean rooms and friendly staff makes my 2 day stay comfortable. The hotel manager /owner even had a mini celebration for all stayers on Christmas day. This cosy hotel which has less than 10 rooms is within walking distance to the water puppet theatre and many local food shop and stalls so it is rather convenient.. more
