Very old hotel, that clearly needs a fresh-up. Interior design and furniture were old and in 80s colours. Good facilities and very good location, but everything from breakfast room, pool & room, left us feeling dissapointed, we expected more from a chain like Fairmont. more

Stayed at this property several times when it was the Raffles Plaza, and was a little concerned to read on TripAdvisor that since converting to a Fairmont, the level of attention and service had deteriorated. Not at all true, in my opinion. Still the same high quality of service and amenities. Towels refreshed twice a day, bathroom amenities replenished, etc.... more
