Okay here is a summery, when we arrived they gave us a room that hadn't been cleaned after previous user. We asked for a new room and were upgraded to an executive room, which came with the amazing breakfast buffet served on the top floor. The room was very big and had the lovely pool view. Breakfast bar in the... more

If you ever find yourself in Santiago, and stay at the Sheraton, Naomi is the best concierge you will come across. She began her suggestions and communications with us 4 months before we even arrived, and later assisted us in last minute arrangements to cross the Andes during the threat of snow closure of the pass highway. Her English is... more

Before our Celebrity cruise we spent three days in Santiago. The SHERATON is a good 4-star hotel: Nice lobby with a great bar, wunderful pool area, nicely redecorated rooms, but old bathrooms in need of renovation. Breakfast in the coffee shop was good, but breakfast in the pool restaurant was a mess: all dishes with warm food were empty, little... more

We booked this hotel through our cruise line for a three day stay prior to the cruise. Ha ving given the front desk a charge card for incidentals, we did not check out in person, and never received a statement under our door. Big mistake on our part. Upon arriving home, I noted two charges on my Visa card -... more

We were here in April as part of our cruise with NCL. The cruise was great but the hotel they chose was not. The location is very inconvenient and it is a long walk to find other restaurants. So we were forced to eat at the Sheraton at extreme prices. The breakfast buffet made me sick. We asked about tours... more

The first 2 rooms they gave me I could not stay in because the chemical odor from a recent carpet cleaning affected my breathing. Finally they gave me another room. Rooms are clean and showers were awesome after in the Andes. Food was overpriced and not worth the effort. Location a bit out of the way if you want to... more

This was an interesting experience clouded by the fact that we could not access our rooms until 5.45pm advertised check in and listed was 3 pm. We went for Buffet Sunday evening meal, were given the wine list 3 couples, we choose what wines we would like from the list, each one was not available? why have a wine list.... more

We stayed a night at the Sheraton, because we had an overbooked flight with Delta Airlines. So, for a travelvoucher of 600 dollars we could stay an extra night in Santiago and got a room with 3 times food in the Sheraton. Normally not a place where we would stay, but nice for a night ofcourse! It´s luxury, big outdoor... more

I have stayed at this hotel many times starting about 10 years ago. Back then it was a real gem with amazing service. Since then each time it is more and moe run down even after so-called upgrades. Last night I had a "deluxe" room that didn't deserve more than 3 stars and it cost me more than $300 to... more
