Enjoyed everything about the Quito Hilton. Service, food, and room was great! The hotel was spotless! They even have a casino for your entertainment! Room service is fast and delicious. This Hotel is a great arrival and sightseeing base for Quito and Ecuador in general. I would recommend staying on the executive floors if you like drinks and snacks. It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel. The rooms were really nice, the staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English, and a solo traveller can feel reasonably secure. The location was also a plus, right across from a lovely park with weekend craft markets as well as close to the theatre and museum. I would definetely stay here... more

The hotel was standard Hilton, large room, a bit soulless but adequate and a very good breakfast on the Executive floor. It was also a good deal cheaper than the Swissotel in Quito where we stayed on an earlier part of the trip. However, what completely spoiled the stay was extremely rude and unprofessional reception staff on the Executive floor... more
