The woman at the front desk was friendly and nice. She communicated with the staff via walkie-talkie and was able to keep on top of what was being done to your room. PROS: 1. Front desk staff friendly and nice. 2. Breakfast continental breakfast was more than just coffee and donuts. Very nice compared to quality of rest of motel.... more
Like they claim, right next to the Tropicanna and one short block from the boardwalk. Stayed 4 nights and found the place clean, well maintained, friendly staff and acceptable breakfast. Yes, there is construction on the next property but didn't find that a problem and the price was great for what we got. Did find that noise seemed to travel... more

Room was dirty and messy. Hair... more
Single female traveler had a nice trip to the Econolodge Boardwalk on Kentucky Ave. Good rate. Safe room. Short distance (2 blocks) to the boardwalk. Front desk always nice and friendly. more

After checking out all the other casino hotels (which were all over $200), this was a pretty good deal for last minute ($133 total). Walked into the room that was blasting heat, almost had a heart attack on arrival. Had to put on the AC despite the... more
Sept 16,2006 The Econolodge proved to be an excellent choice. The location, price was ideal. The staff was very helpful and courteous and they explained that they had installed new beds in July. The boardwalk is half a block away and you can walk to most of the casinos.I will recommend the Econolodge to all my friends and family. more
If you're being comped at a major hotel, or feel like treating yourself to one of them, no need to stay here. But if you don't need luxury or lots of amenities, but just need a cheap, clean place to crash, this place suited me just fine. You can walk to the boardwalk in under a minute. It is right... more

It was clean and the staff was very nice and it is affordable close to the broadwalk. We are going to A.C. this weekend... more
