We stayed in this hotel because of its proximity to lively Kyoto Station , the metro to the convention center, and its price. When we got there, having traveled in Japan for a week, we begged for the biggest room they had - as we realized that business hotel rooms might be painfully small. This hotel is in a brilliant position just a few minutes walk away from the amazing JR Kyoto Railway Station, is quite new and modern and was very reasonably priced which explained its constantly busy reception area.
