Bear in mind I have not stayed anywhere else in Mumbai, but after travels in South India this was an expensive disappointment. We booked through the reservation service on arrival at Mumbai domestic airport - a very efficient service but it gave little opportunity to shop around or bargain over rates. This is a small but really nice hotel, well furnished.. very speedy service and friendly staff. Rooms are cosy, but the beds are huge. Buffet breakfast offered a good selection. I have stayed here many times (twice in the same room), It was always nice to return to this hotel. more
