We just stayed at the Swissotel Grand Shanghai and it was great. The Hotel Staff is great and very forthcoming. The rooms are very nice decorated and spacious. Location is great just on top of Subway station and next to a great shopping mall with all major brands. Would stay here anytime again as it is fantastic value for money. more

This is a hotel where the location is excellent, but the hotel itself is unfinished and the staff need a great deal of training. Unlike their website, the hotel is NOT YET FINISHED. We just returned from a one week stay at the newly openened Swissotel Grand in Shanghai. Overall I can recommend the hotel, we got a pretty good rate for this 5 star hotel.
