Booked blind thro a travel agent and we were very surprised to find a genuine 4star hotel complete with very friendly staff, clean rooms, good food a very pleasant surprise. We resently used the Rosebank hotel for a week long event. Their customer service exceeds all expectations. I could not ask for a better experience. If your going to have a conference in Jo-burg, have it at the Rosebank! more
