Do Not Stay Here. That is as simple as I can put it. The hotel puts on a polished facade when you come through the door, and the location is very good for sightseeing. BUT...when you actually have to go to your room or eat breakfast there, that is when you see that you should have stayed at the Sheraton,... more

My family and I are going to BA (three girls ages 10, 8 and 4). I spoke with the hotel directly and twice was told to call back on a different day to make a reservation. The third time, I said I was told to call back at that time and wanted to make the reservation right then. (The reason... more

This was a nice hotel with a great location. The outside facade of the hotel is deceiving. Once you enter the hotel, it's palatial and elegant. The rooms were very nice, very large, and beds were comfortable. The only problem was that it was 85 degrees in Bs.As. and the air conditioner never got the room cool. I complained a... more

This allegedly four star hotel was recommended to us by our travel agent and we really don't understand why. It is located in downtown Buenos Aires in a really busy location away from from all the elegant neighborhoods, it is noisy and it is poorly run. Our room was satisfactory and the spa and the swimming pool at the top... more

We traveled with our two daughters, 10 & 12, who loved this hotel. The lobby is impressive with patterned marble throughout. We stayed in a Junior Suite on the 18th floor overlooking the Obelisco. It had two double beds and plenty of room for the 4 of us. The hotel honored our rate of $199 US a night excluding taxes... more

This is a pretty nice hotel with an impressive lobby and a great location near the obelisk on one of the main avenues of town. Unfortunautely we had a couple of bad experiences over our total of five nights there. I had asked for a quiet room at the end of a hall, which we were initially provided. It was... more

We thought we were getting this hotel at $195/night, which was high to begin with but we were in a hurry to book and so we grabbed it. When they added 21% IVA tax on it only added insult to injury. The good news is that everybody who worked in the hotel was courteous and professional and extremely helpful -... more

We stayed here our last night before flying back to the States. The location was excellent, being close to the subway. it's a bit removed from the major shopping area, but not by much. The rates are very reasonable too, especially considering we stayed during the Christmas high season. The rooms are very nice, somewhat to the quality of a... more

Location wise this would have to be the best located hotel in Buenos Aires. This includes the newer hotels in the Port area and Recoleta. It is a 5-10 min walk into the Av Florida pedestrian mall. Room wise the same applies and there are immaculate, I stayed in mini suites overlooking the Av 9 de Julio on both occassions... more

Arrival was on Sunday. Checkin was swift. Arrive on my floor and nearly broke my neck on the hall way carpet which is not secured and is riding up in many places. Safety first? Not here! We prefer shabby carpeting! My room is dark because it is opposite the 'new' tower and there is insufficient day light. No additional lighting... more
