I am writing this as I stay at this place mid February 08. The place is of a nice contemporary design as is commonplace today in Argentina. That`s as far as it goes. Stayed at the Elan for 3 nights from Oct 9-Oct 12. New property that they said just opened Dec 2006. Service was great and everyone was v nice and helpful though if you don't have any Spanish skills it might be tough. There was 1 person who spoke English and everyone else knew some a little.
