I have stayed at this hotel twice previously and was amazed with the staff-customer service was amazing and the hotel being brand new is spectacular. HOWEVER this time was a disaster. Not only are things starting to show wear for lack of upkeep but the staff is actually rude. Taking personal calls on cell phones, obvious friends of staff hanging... more
