As long as the location doesn't matter (it's quite a way north of Phoenix) to you this property is great. All still pretty new so the accommodation is a very good standard, staff are welcoming and you feel comfortable with great beds. While it can be quite the distance from many of Phoenix's main attractions, it was conveniently close to where I was working. Hotel just opened. Went for superbowl. Service beyond belief and everyone was so nice. Food @ breakfast (included) fresh and adequate. The room was set up just right (1 BR suite) and they didn't charge for "extras" like internet and supplies for well-equipped kitchen. The work-out room was top quality and pool was well-maintained.
