I stayed at the Amarano for one night in August - it was the night of my wedding. I was not impressed. It was hardly a bad hotel - it's certainly clean, the rooms are fairly well appointed and if you're into hotels for this reason, the entertainment system is top-notch. However, as has been said in previous reviews, the... more

We stayed at this hotel to attend my daughter's wedding. When we booked the rooms and made arrangements in August 2007, it was still the Graciela. The lobby is nice, the rooms are decent size, but the service was not good. Our room was not cleaned at all our first day there, and we were out of the room for... more

The hotel is in a great area for viewing studios and going to hollywood. It is on a farely busy street and we were located over that street. The doors are not sound proof nor the windows and heard cars and people talking most of the night. Otherwise the hotel was great the room was small, but really clean and... more

I have stayed at this hotel for years. Over the past two months I have stayed twice, one week each. The service and attitude have really gone down hill. I asked to speak with the Manager and was told he was on a sales call with his sales person, never heard from anyone. I will be in Burbank next week and... more

Just to let everyone know, this hotel does not necessarily honor your confirmed reservation. I showed up earlier this week for my stay and the desk clerk informed me that a number of guests had decided to stay over and so they were "walking" some guests like me despite confirmed reservations. The clerk said it was the general manager's policy... more

This hotel was a surprising gem in Burbank. It is not in the best area you would expect for a boutique hotel: located in a lower-middle class but safe-looking neighborhood. It is right down the street from some film studios, and is in a very central location for places like Universal Studios, Glendale, and Hollywood. If you want to go... more

This was a nice boutique hotel. Really quaint. Would have been fantastic but for the not so great service. you do not have a self park option at this hotel, you must use valet which costs $24 per day. Was frustrated a few times when there was no one there to valet the car. No one helped (or offered to... more

The service was exceptional, and the rooms were very well kept and clean. I really enjoyed my stay, and would definitely return. more

Just got back from a quick one night stay at The Graciela. This is a very nice upscale hotel in a quiet neighborhood in Burbank, it blends very nicely with it's surroundings, in fact we drove right past it the first time not even noticing it. We checked in early and they had a room ready for us. Nice size... more

I had a wonderful stay. The rooms are first class, the service outstanding and the location perfect for my work. What really stood out was the honesty of the staff. I left $700 in my room and noticed at the airport I could not find the money. I remember exactly where I left it, in the bedside drawer. I thought... more
