This hotel is a 3 star as far as the room and buildings, but the staff and amenities are 5 star. We spent a week there with grandkids, and were treated extremely well by everyone. We will definitely return. more

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the pool was well maintained and not crowded. Also, the hotel provides a dinner-time snack and breakfast every day, which were exceptional. It was very convenient and fun. more

This was a great location- nearly new facility and well-run. Great staff, very good hot and cold breakfast options, nice new rooms with stove, refrigerator, sink, dishes, counter, etc. Loved the bed! Internet ready in room. Disney is about 7 miles away and traffic was no problem getting there on Katella Ave. Highly recommend this hotel. more
