Very noisy. If you plan to sleep in, forget it! Water pipes are noisy... so when an someone from an adjoining room takes a shower, the pipes wake you up. Further, whenever the person above my room walked (at 6:00 am), my ceiling shook and woke me up. The area is not safe. Not recommended. more

This place was VERY clean, staff was very accomodating and willing to help us book any tours. Receptionist reccommeded different tours and eateries for us. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Couldn't be in a better location for Venice Beach - less than 100m from the beach and the boardwalk. Breakfast area was very busy but adequate Room was very comfortable. Bit more expensive than other hotels on our trip but the premium price is for the location more

Well decorated and handy for Venice Beach. Seemed expensive compared with other hotels on our trip ( but maybe that is down to the proximity to venice beach). Loft room not very big but we still failed to locate the air conditioner (behind a table) so felt very hot all night! Check in staff very attentive. more

Venice Beach was fun and the hotel is very convenient to just about everything. The room was comfortable and nice appointed. Drawbacks--toilet tank would not refill after flushing. Management was expeditious in repairing problem. However their solution caused a different problem which prevented toilet tank from filling after it was flushed.
