ESA Palm Springs, CA is rated a 2-star hotel. It is a basic suite w/full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave oven, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, as much free coffee as you wish and the best water pressure in a shower I've ever experienced in any hotel, at any price. This place is extremely clean and the staff... more

My friend and I decided to take our kids on a small vacation for Memorial Day. The non smoking room reeked of air freshener and ash could be found along the window sill. The dishes were not evenly distributed (2 cups, 1 spoon, 3 large plates etc). We had to make a trip to the supermarket for plastics utensils. The... more

This hotel staff was very un professional ..Upon check in I was promptly charged for my room..Even though it was already prepaid..Then they took it off my card.(They said)..As of now there are now "Two" charges on my card for a prepaid night..I called the hotel to see what was going on..Told that I would have to call back at... more

This is a very attractive and well kept hotel. The staff were very pleasant, the room clean and comfortable. However, the walls are paper-thin and I could hear the talk and TVs of the adjacent rooms. I'm a light sleeper and couldn't get to sleep until well after midnight when the neighbors turned off the TV. Then I was awaken... more

The hotel room had a bed, recliner, desk with chair, small table with chair, and kitchen. The kitchen equipment was basic: refrigerator, small microwave, 2 burner stove, coffeemaker, toaster, plates/glasses/flatware, and a few kitchen utensils. You can cook simple meals here but not anything that needs complicated preparation. However with 2 grocery stores, a drugstore, and a Ross store (sells... more

So far this is the best place I’ve stayed in Palm Springs. Cost was $60/night. Rooms are setup with the business traveler in mind and were great.. So was the service. I’d give the hotel FOUR stars. The only significant things missing are (1) an exercise room. and (2) a Continental breakfast. If these were added, the place would be... more

I had made reservations for a so-called "spa resort" (La Toscana in Desert Hot Springs... a whole different review not to be dwelled on here...DO NOT GO TO LA TOSCANA!) for my wife's birthday. We had already been to Extendedstay Palm Springs on at least eight previous occasions but when I checked online they appeared booked for that weekend, so... more

Had an outstanding experience! The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and quiet. The room was clean, comfortable, and large. Loved having a kitchen in the room. Saved lots of money on dining out. Loved it!! more

what a wonderful find, i called the hotel on an early saturday morning to see if i could get a reservation that night because of my awful other hotel experience, and the manager gave me a room right away (we checked in at 9a.m.!) for a great $85 rate (all the other lower-rated places were $140 plus) the place is... more
