Our vacation at The Riptide compared only to our honeymoon! This was like having our own cottage right on the beach. We stayed for 4th of July Weekend and ended up staying another night because we just didn't want to go home. Scott, the owner, and his team instantly made us feel welcome and very comfortable. The Riptide Hotel is the greatest place to stay. The property is very clean and well kept. Everything you need is right there. The view from the Tiki Bar is breathtaking. The most special thing about the Riptide is the staff. They make you feel very special. We felt like we left our family behind. We will definitely be back. more

If you're looking for the perfect place to sit back on the beach or hang out at the tiki bar, The Riptide is it. We stayed at the Riptide for a week in December and absolutely loved it. The owners were on site all day and were the most hospitable hotel operators I've known. The Riptide is a wonderful jewel. I had never been to Hollywood Beach before and it was incredibly beautiful. This is a small hotel but well equiped. You will not find better service.
