My father and I stayed at this locale on an extended tour of the battlefield at Shiloh. The owners were more than able to provide rooms with either a roll-away cot or two beds. They were also able to receive us for check-in after 9PM following a long drive from the airport in Nashville. We stayed in two rooms over... more

With gas prices and other things climbing everyday my wife and I decided to start doing more things close to home so I planned a one night stay at the Generals Quarters. I booked a room over the phone and hoped for the best as I could not find pictures of all the rooms on the net. Upon arrival we... more

Stayed one night at the Generals Quarters. It is in the older part of Corinth near many of the antebellum homes. Lovely historical walk available in the living area. Great breakfast. Owner recommended the bluegrass concert in front of the courthouse that evening. Fun seeing the Corinth residents playing bluegrass. However, not amplified, so a bit hard to hear from... more

My daughter and I were on a road trip (again) going this time from Natchez, Mississippi, to Charleston, Illinois. We took a slight detour off the beaten path to visit Corinth, MS, and nearby Shiloh. (My daughter is a Civil War and general history buff.) We made reservations at the General's Quarters Bed & Breakfast because it sounded like a... more

Lord, it was hot! But that wasn't anyone's fault at all and, for some reason, it's kinda nice. Those hot southern still nights are great for porch sitting. Shiloh Battlefield was so wonderful. I enjoyed every second and the food in Corinth was great. The host (husband) recommended two places ( Ican't remember the names, I think one was the... more

My husband and I just got back from spending a quiet and lazy weekend at the General's Quarters in Corinth MS. The Inn was quiet, clean and very private. The hosts, Luke and Charlotte were polite and helpful , but not pushy or into our space. Although we are not into Civil War stuff, we found the town charming and... more

First, the location of this bed & breakfast was ideal; on a tree-lined street in old downtown Corinth, with several beautiful historical buildings within easy walking distance. The decor of the room itself was nice also, with an oversized loveseat that was quite comfortable. However, my wife & I regretted our stay here, and it was entirely the fault of... more

My husband and I have owned our Inn for over 14 years and truly have some memorable moments most very good - and one well let's say we wish never happened. My husband's elderly mother who was visiting with us, offered to watch our inn while we took a young couple who were having car trouble to the airport in...

Our family stayed here last week for one night while touring civil war battlefields. The inn was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. The street as tree lined and on the street were several historically important houses and churches. They even accomodated our little dog. The breakfast was great the next morning, especially the bisquits! If you go... more

Beautiful house both inside and out and Corinth is a pleasant place just discovering itself. (Civil war history) Our bedroom was quiet, clean and comfortable with a large bathroom attached, so big that we kept one of our suitcases in there. The breakfasts were excellent, lovely food beautifully presented. The buttermilk biscuits were the best. One of the leaflets in... more

I spent a single night in a suite. The suite was very private and quite and the location of the inn is in historical Corinth. We were able to walk to a wonderful restaurant (Cross City Grill) and enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was good if not magnificent and the hosts were gracious. I would stay again. more
