i have made over 100 trips to las vegas and have stayed at nearly every hotel on the strip. i've seen a lot of improvements and many hotels come and go. rooms were not nearly as nice as the venetian, the staff could have definitely been friendlier, and the payouts could have definitely been higher. it is very tiring to... more

This hotel is in a great location and has great shopping and restaurants within the hotel. The rooms are not as nice as other properties on the strip; they are just dated and in need of remodeling. Other towers were being renovated so I imagine this is coming soon to the entire hotel. The salad bar in the food court... more

I read so many negative reviews about Caesars's Palace and was starting to have second thoughts about staying there. My husband and I went for 4 nights and just got back yesterday. We could not have been happier. We arrived at about 3:30pm on Thurs. June 26th. Check -in was a breeze. We asked the very sweet girl (Joy) if... more

After travelling from San Francisco via Carmel, Santa Barbara, Laguna and San Diego this was to be our last stop and we decided to blow the budget and stay at Ceasars (last time Circus Circus and awful!!). We checked in and got a king room in the Roman Tower. It was really nice. Good quality bedding, tv in bathroom and... more

PALACE TOWER: We booked the Palace Tower directly with the hotel. Upon arrival we were upgraded, WITHOUT ASKING and without mentioning the honeymoon or birthday to a Palace... more

My husband and I visited Caesars Palace for the fourth year in a row and will not be returning. The first year it was very nice. I love the ambiance and the actual physical appeal of the property. I also love the location...very close to everything. However, once you check in, the service ends...literally. The second year we went back... more

Stayed at Caesars Palace from June 23rd-27th 2008. Arrived at Hotel at around 1:30pm. Check in, took too long because of long lineup. Inside of Hotel is very nice, over the top decorations. Was checked into Roman tower Room with 1 King Size bed. Room was not renovated, the only thing that looked updated was bed covering. Room was quite... more

Stayed at the Hilton Vacations suites before when visited Las Vegas, but wanted to treat ourselves for a few nights at ceasars!!!! It was shocking and would prefer the vacation suites anytme. We was given a room on the 9th floor in the Roman Tower- nicely overlooking another building so the room has no natural light- the other light bulbs... more

I've stayed at teh Ceasars before and have really loved it in the past. This time I booked this hotel for my sister's 40th Birthday. We were told we could have both an early check-in and late check-out. Niether one was granted upon arrival. The woman directing traffic when we first arrived was extremely rude and unhelpful! Our room was... more
