Started out in the Palazzo due to a convention booking we had, and arranged to move to Venetian in the expectation of a different experience. We did wonder why the Venetian prices were getting cheaper by the day, whilst the Palazzo were staying the same. But as the parent hotel we had hopes that it would be more convenient, more... more

I have to say that we absoluetly loved staying at the Venetian. I do realize that some people may have had a negative experience but that isn't the rule in general. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. First off the hotel staff, everyone from the desk, housekeeping, the casino and even the security people were very pleasant... more

Summary of our experience - many operational problems and communication issues between management and staff, causing serious delays in addressing issues in a timely manner. Staff also comes across with an additude of why are you bringing these issues up in the first place - they don't want to hear about them. I just returned from a long weekend family... more

I loved the Venetian! There were a few things that they could improve (and I will discuss), but overall it was incredible. It was a beautiful hotel with a great theme. The thing that I loved the most was the rooms. They were spacious, I couldn't hear anything from neighbors, the cleaning staff was friendly, and room service was amazing!... more

We just returned from a 3 night mini-vacation and thought this was our best experience ever. The Venetian staff were very friendly and curtious, not snooty in the least. We arrived by 11 a.m., and there was a considerable line to check in, however, it only took about 10 minutes to get to the front. Since check in wasn't until... more

Myself and my boyfriend stayed in The Venetian for one night during a 12 day holiday in California/Nevada. We stayed mid week and were not disappointed throughout our stay. On arrival there was a small queue at reception but when we reached the desk our check in was carried out efficiently, leading me to believe that the slight queue was... more

Family of 2 adults and 1 teen on a 2 week roadtrip around the southwest and our first time in Las Vegas. I was a little apprehensive about this stay after reading some of the recent reviews but my worries proved pointless. Parking was a breeze and we got a spot right near the elevators. That is where our new... more

This was the most expensive hotel I've ever stayed in, booked as a 40th birthday treat. I had high expectations - and I wasn't disappointed. From the moment we arrived it was a great experience. The cool, scented air was a welcome relief after a journey that had taken far longer than expected . The decor was stunning - definitely... more

We booked this hotel rather than the Bellagio big mistake, although it provides a great experience for foot traffic throughout the hotel, which is well worth the visit. Rooms, sorry suites, are dark, ask for a room with a view and you get a room with a building site view and the noise 24/7,continues throughout the night. The pool area... more

The Venetian was recommended by a friend who stays there annually. I was a little apprehensive when I saw some of the reviews but stayed 8 days and had a wonderful experience. We arrived from Ireland, via a two night stay in New York. Our flight was delayed so we arrived at the Venetian in the small hours of the... more
