Good stay. Very good front desk staff, very helpful. Otherwise a typical Courtyard. The Courtyards are usually uniform in appearance, quality and amenities. This one was no different. Good solid hotel. The location was just OK, although San Diego is fairly easy to get around on the weekend. more

My teenage daughter who was not feeling well and I stayed for a Saturday night at this hotel and when we finally got there we were exhausted and cranky after an extremely long and tiring day and just wanted a quiet room to wind down in. We had never stayed here before, but Marriotts have always been good bets for... more

I have stayed at this hotel more than a dozen times in the past two years while on business. If you need a standard hotel in the area, this hotel is clean and well-run. The breakfast buffet (not included in most room rates) is quite good, the exercise room is nicer than average, and the free high-speed internet always works.... more

You get what you would expect in a typical Courtyard. The hotel is located in a business area - great for doing business in the area, but far away from attractions and dining. more

Our family chose this spot for 4th of July week. Since it was a newer hotel and a good spot to reach the attractions in SD county, we really enjoyed it. The airport, beaches, fairgrounds and zoo were only 10-20 minutes away. The pool was nice and the area is in an office park/residential zone off the freeway, but quiet. more

When I could not get into my usual hotel, I booked the Courtyard Marriott. I booked thru their own website and the rate was cheaper than all the on line travel websites. Since I grew up not far from this hotel, I knew what to expect as far as location. It is not a far drive to anything in San... more

Booked this property because it was new, had good reviews on TripAdvisor, a decent location, and a reasonable price. Specifically requested a top-floor, courtyard-facing room in a quiet location more than two months in advance. Arrived promptly at check-in time to find there were only two top-floor rooms available - one faced the freeway, the other had been smoked in... more

What a great hotel! The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds very comfortable. Room service was quick and the food was good and reasonably priced. Pool and hot tub were oversized and the outdoor sitting area was large and attractive. Staff was friendly and helpful. Happy hour between 4 - 6 offered 1/2 price appetizers, $3 beers and $4.50... more

We stayed here for a week over Thanksgiving while we were visiting our son who has a small apartment nearby. It was the cleanest property I've ever visited. The staff was cheerful and helpful. The hotel is so well-maintained that I asked if it was new-it's been open four years. We had a good rate ($135) because we were there... more
