Our travel agent booked this room as part of our Park and Sail for a cruise. The room itself was very nice, and the location was good as far as getting around. Horrible stay. Here for big medical conference. Dirty, noisy, and poor service all around turned what could have been a nice stay into a nightmare. Best Western is convenient to the Gaslamp and activities. The beds were super comfortable. Not a fancy hotel but for the location a good price and value. Buffet breakfast is included too. Front desk was very friendly and accomodating. Would stay here again! more
