The Sheraton Society Hill is in the perfect location for tourism in Philadelphia. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and our room had a wonderful view of the river and bridge. We walked to everything. We upgraded to the club floor and were very glad we did, notably for the views, free water and other amenity upgrades, and breakfast. more

My wife & I live by the shore but we always enjoy going to Philadelphia 3 or 4 times a year. Lately we have been staying at the Sheraton Society Hill because of the location. It is near Old Town, South Street, Shopping, History, and there a ton of places to eat. Everything that we enjoy is within walking distance.... more

We have stayed in most of the hotels in Philadelphia, primarily in Center City proper. This hotel is not high end luxury but it is very, very nice. We have stayed at the Rittenhouse and the Ritz Carlton in Philadelphia and "dollar for dollar..." this is the best choice. We had a quick visit to the Society Hill Sheraton on... more

Just back from an overnight stay here. Check in was efficient and pleasant. The room was a disappointment. We stayed here last May and I don't remember the room being so mediocore. The positives: the king size bed and the tv. The negatives: dirty carpet, no in room safe, no closet doors just hangers on a rod nx to the... more

My husband and I stayed here for two nights before heading up to the Poconos for a week. Overall, we had a nice stay. We paid with Starpoints so I can't make a comment on a value aspect. The hotel is in a great location convenient to the Old City historical district (where there is a great bar and restaurant... more

This is a very nice place to stay if you want to be near Independence Park. I do wish hotels would just give all the rooms free internet access, but the computers downstairs were free and near the elevators. Our tub drained very slowly and had mildewed the shower curtain, but someone came up and took care of that (we... more

Very nice facility. The neighborhood right around the hotel is quiet but easy walking distance to restaurants and Independence Park. Parking at the hotel is expensive, but there's a city owned garage a block away that's cheaper. Computers with one hour free internet for guests in the lobby was convenient. more

Stayed here for 2 nights and was very happy. The room was clean, big and comfortable. Nice bathroom. The location is excellent, within walking distance of all the main attractions e.g. Independence Hall, Liberty Bell etc. Highly recommended. more

We stayed at the Sheraton Society Hill from Saturday, April 12th through Tuesday, April 15th and paid $60/night plus 4,000 Starwood Points. Parking was around $25/day on the weekend & $28/day during the week with in & out privileges. We never moved our car the whole time we were there as it was so convenient to everything. When we wanted... more
