This a bare-bones place to stay for a good price. They do not have housekeeping daily, but I don't clean my house every day either. It would be best for people staying multiple nights because of the kitchenettes that would allow you to save some money by eating in once in awhile. Overall it is a simple but clean and... more

This hotel is useful if you are staying in the Savannah area for a while and need a kitchenette. The fridge, stove and microwave worked fine. The bed linens and pillows were satisfactory. The cons: no workout area (and running outside isn't a safe option), the front desk was curt and had problems setting up billing, and housekeeping is once... more

I enjoyed my stay at the Extended Stay. The rooms are very small, but comfortable if you're staying in one by yourself. If there are two people staying in one room then it might be a tight squeeze. The small kitchen includes coffee maker, microwave, fridge, and a 2 burner stove. A grocery store and other stores are located about... more

Location is good--easy drive in to the historic district and to Tybee Island. A quiet place; seemed to be a mix of tourists and folks in the process of relocating for jobs. The room and kitchenette were clean: no mold or hair in the shower, clean sheets and towels (more about towels later). The fridge kept our stuff good and... more

It began with the minute we arrived. The front desk told us that our room was not clean yet. We arrived after 3pm ( 3pm was check in time). Then when we finally get in the room it had hair in the sink and shower. Chicken was in the freezer. The stove top was dirty. The linens were soiled when... more

As we didn't want to stay in the noisy river area, we booked this hotel on the internet before we headed out on our roadtrip. It's a fairly typical Extended Stay so, the rooms, etc. are pretty much what you would expect. The area that it's in seems like it's not the nicest of areas but they are putting in... more

The best thing about this hotel was the location and the rate. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby. It is only a 20 minute drive to Tybee Island and 10 minute drive to Savannah's Historic District. If you arrive after 11pm, the office is closed. You will have to call a number and this guy will check you in.... more

My wife and I were in the city for the Irish Festival. We got a Priceline room for $53.00 [including taxes and fees]-bid of 42.00. Room was clean and bright.Could use shampoo. Kitchenette clean and useful. Location reasonably convenient to historic district. Great deal for the price. more

This hotel has its ups and downs. The prices seemed like a great value, and it was near some nice restaurants, but in the end, you always get what you pay for. The place is located near both train tracks and an airport. As one reviewer said, you'll have to turn your fan on full blast to try to drown... more

My family and I just returned home from a weeks stay in Savannah. We have two kids, ages 7 & 9. We stayed at the Suburban Lodge on Abercorn. Not only did we save about $200 on lodging, but it was coveniently located to all the places we wanted to go. The place was clean, and the front desk clerk... more
