This is a top-notch b&b. The host, Mark, could not have been more helpful with regard to dining options, getting around town, arranging cabs, etc. We stayed in the little house in the back (Ivy Room) which was relaxing and well-appointed and spacious. By the way, this place is an exceptional value, too. more

We stayed at the Gaslight with our two YOUNG CHILDREN last month for a friend's wedding (which was held on the property). We had basically given up on B&Bs whenever we traveled with our kids, but the Gaslight was wonderful for ALL of us. This B&B is a great little find in the Virginia Highlands.
