One of the only restaurants in Southgate that is actually good value. Not that it is cheap, but you actually get what you pay for here... a big Chinese food banquet :) more

Yes it has the air of an over-the-hill showgirl who refuses to hang up her dancing shoes. Yet this old gal can still come up with the goods, because the peking duck at Red Emperor is still superb, and if the peking duck is good, who really cares about anything else? more
