Have been to the Waterfront twice this trip. Excellent food and service. The wait staff are all long timers and know the food and drinks well. The Maui onion soup is superb, as are all the fish dishes, which consist of around five fish types with nine different preparation styles. Much better than Mama's Fish House and a lot less... more
