Probably not for family trip to Disney Land

I chose North Embassy for Disney vacation mainly because I was happy with South Embassy last time, and North Embassy still offered free shuttle to Disney Land. Unfortunately, I had trouble with loud neighbors for several days. I counted more than 10 teens, banging walls at night, sitting and lying in front of my room, scaring my family. Complaining to hotel didn’t do much. Although it may not be hotel’s fault, it was still unpleasant experience. Secondly, Disney Land is farther (6 miles) than expected, the shuttle was available only once per hour with advance reservation only. One night, we had to wait 1 hour because 10:30pm shuttle was full. Otherwise, this hotel was relatively clean and breakfast was good. However, I probably wouldn’t come back for next Disney trip.

Not a hotel for Disney travelers

The room was not as well maintained as other Embassy Suites I have stayed in. The shuttle service to the park was great the shuttle service from the park was not organized at all you would sign up for a shuttle and it would be a mad rush to get a seat on the shuttle with others who had not signed up. On two days I didn’t get a seat on a shuttle even after I had signed up for it. Two days I had asked for late housekeeping both days I didn’t get housekeeping at all for that day. I had a sick child and asked if the shuttle could make an exception and give me a ride to a store no more then 10 minutes away by car and they refussed. I just thought overall the quality of the hotel and service was not what I normally get at an Embassy Suites. I take my Grandson to Disney every year next year this will not be the hotel I choose to stay at. I was highly disappointed in this hotel.

Great place to stay

Wow. What a nice place! The staff was so friendly, and were very attentive to our needs. Clean rooms and comfortable. The full breakfast offered was a huge hit with the family and great food. The shuttle to Disneyland was great, and the drivers were helpful and friendly. I’ve never been asked so many times if there was something else they could do to be of help! Would go back anytime. Thanks!

Embassy Suites knows how to make a vacation special.

We loved the hotel. It was very kid friendly, and the staff was always willing to help. The breakfast was a big hit with my family. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

we were very satisfied with everything, staff was pleasant. room was nice. evem the hideabed was comfortable. breakfast was emjoyable.

Not impressed

I reserved a "non-smoking" room, and was given a smokers room. The hotel did correct the error. However, it appeared that the sheets were not changed out during my three day stay. I know this because I got makeup on my pillow the first night. That makeup was on my pillow every night of my stay.

The hotel does provide free breakfast each morning. And the transportation to Disneyland was realiable and on time.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were going to Disneyland and the free breakfast and indoor pool works well with the kids. The rooms were recently redone and were very clean. This hotel is not on the main disney strip which i did not like at first but they did provide free shuttle service to the park. I heard from the driver that the other Embassy Suites that is closer to park does not provide free shuttle service. We will definatley stay here again.

Even though the hotel was about 6 miles from Disney, it didn’t take long to get there. The room was very clean, the staff was very accommodating, and the full breakfast was delicious! The pool hours were also a plus! We’ll definitely stay there again!
